Net Billing means that the extra electricity produced by your system on the day that you do not use it immediately is bought by the EAC. The EAC will buy the extra electricity from you that your photovoltaic system produces at the given price rate. (The EAC charges a slightly higher rate than they pay) In addition to this, there is also another billing mechanism called Netmetering.
